The temperature control of the incubator shaker is a factor that users are more concerned about. The problem of temperature rise or cooling requires specific phenomena, specific analysis and elimination.
1. In the high temperature test of the constant temperature shaker, if the temperature change does not reach the test temperature value, you can check the electrical system and troubleshoot one by one. If the temperature rises very slowly, it is necessary to check the air circulation system to see if the adjustment baffle of the air circulation is opened normally; otherwise, check whether the motor of the air circulation is running normally. If the temperature rises directly, over-temperature protection, then the controller fails, and the control instrument must be replaced.
2. In the case of cooling down and the low temperature does not reach the test index, then you should observe the change in temperature. Whether the temperature drops very slowly, or the temperature tends to rise after the temperature reaches the value, the former should be checked. Whether to dry the studio before doing the low temperature test, keep the studio dry, and then put the test sample into the studio and do the test again, whether the test sample in the studio is placed too much, so that the wind in the studio cannot be fully circulated. After eliminating the above reasons, it is necessary to consider whether it is a fault in the refrigeration system, so it is necessary to ask professionals for maintenance.
